This year so far seems to be flying by, just a little too fast if you ask me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Last week I got more work done on the new painting and it is coming along, I would post a picture of its progress but I haven\u2019t taken one, will try to add it to this point tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I invested in some stuff so that I can take better pictures of my art work to post here for sale, now I just have to find the time to retake all those pictures though it isn\u2019t that many, so that I can clean up how those images look and make them better, they should being I have an updated camera on the iPhone as I just got the new iPhone 15 Pro Max, so that should make those better as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am also working on a Personal Training website as this is something I have been doing for quite some time as I want to be able to extend the extra money I can make on the side form my full-time gig. My goal is to make as much extra money as possible going into the next year in order to pay down debt and help us actually get ahead. I am figuring the Personal Training is going to make more money than the art, as I have had that posted on line for nearly two years now and still haven\u2019t sold anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking of fitness, I am still working towards getting myself ready to do a Mens Physique show in May of 2024. The hard part of this is right now working out my macros to get them straight, so recently I have figured out that I don\u2019t do carbs very well. I had added them in to the tune of around 160 grams a day and consistently after about a week started gaining weight. So at the end of this past week I decided I am going to switch back and do a totally keto prep for this show, I cut my carbs back to 30ish per day and since Monday I have dropped 7.8 lbs. I am sure some of this is water weight but I am sure some of it isn\u2019t, I am still eating the same calories or more at this point so it can\u2019t all be water weight at this point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Just wanted to drop a quick update of what I have been up to the last few days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
