Well here we are again, another week has gone by and I still haven\u2019t done much, though actually I did, I did complete the two paintings that I have been working on for what amounts to about 4 or 5 months now. I just didn\u2019t get a chance to take pictures of them to post with this but I will edit it and add them in later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The other good thing that I did get done this past week was renewed my NFPT trainer certification so that is done, want to maintain that going forward because now and again I do train people, mostly online training. I also signed up to get a USPA (United States Powerlifting Association) Level 1 Coach certification which I have to start working on at some point this week. Powerlifting has always been my first love, and I intend at this point to do at least one meet maybe before the end of this year or early next depending on my training. That is something that I have to get my ass in gear with at this point, life has been so busy lately with other things that have needed to get done combined with losing the vast majority of my day to being in the office I can\u2019t get anything done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I still have to work harder at getting my shit together and making time to do all the things that I need to do after work with the minimal number of hours I have once I arrive at home, which is like 3ish hours before going to bed and starting all over again for the next day. Once I can get that squared away I will be good to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
