Well it was something that I knew was eventually going to happen and it finally has. I have a full time gig which I work that provides my actual income and up until last week I was still working at home 3 days per week due to the whole covid thing. But we were finally all ordered back to the office, and it has been something to get used to for sure. It ain’t bad but I definitely miss the days at home as I got some extra time to paint and also had lots of extra time to get things done around the house that I could randomly do during the course of the day that I now have to find time to get them done after work where time is not always available.
I did finish one painting before hand and get another started, and the one I started I am thinking of entering it into a competition I came across, but I have to finish it by 25 March or in reality like 24 March, so I have about 10 days and am pretty sure that if I spend an hour or so with it over the weekend I will get it completed to my satisfaction so that will be all good.
We decided that we wanted to get a new bedroom set so went and picked one out and got lucky and got 30% off on top so made it a pretty good buy, downside is I have to sell the set I have now before the 21st when the new one arrives. And of course I have to literally break down the entire bed itself so that I can be moved when someone does come and pick up the whole set.
I am still working on getting better at posting here on the regular which I am doing a bit better but I still want to get to a point where I am doing so at least once a week maybe twice at most. The next thing I have to start doing is getting some stuff on Instagram, either just static posts or Reels but I don’t have a lot of time to record those but going to work on it.
