Well here we are another month further into the year 2026 and I still have barely had time to create any art whatsoever because the actual amount of time I have to myself is still nearly non-existent. I am doing my best at this point to be able to schedule time for myself so that I have the ability to actually start creating something. I do still have two pieces that I am working on, one is nearly where I would call it finished and the other is just about there as well, maybe just maybe this week I will finish them off both.
My biggest problem is I give up nearly 12+ hours of my day to work and driving to and from work, and hitting the gym post work on most days. That right there creates my ability to no really have much time at all to do anything once I get home, I have a limited time window before I have to go to bed and do it all over again. Worse yet I give away all this time to my full time job which I basically hate at this point in my life and actually have for some time, but unfortunately its a means to an end meaning that I actually have to earn money doing something so this is it.
One of the most important things I want to have time for this year is to get my drawing skills back to where they once were, I don’t imagine that it will take long, maybe a few months but it is something that I want to get done or at least started so that I am on my way to getting those skills back. At this point I might have to settle with getting 15 – 20 minutes or less in a day to make it happen but if that is what I have that is what I am going to have to take.
Due to that lack of time I have pretty much decided to cut back on the number of sites I am trying to manage and the other things I am trying to do, so going forward the art related websites are the only ones I am going to continue to maintain on a daily basis, that will make life easier on me for sure with less to take care of.
